Armstrong Park
Armstrong Park is open from 9:00 am until dark every day.
The Park itself, as well as all the play areas, are handicapped-accessible.
The Park is avaiable for rental, along with its facilities:
- a newly-refurbished gazebo
- a picnic pavilion with two charcoal grills
- a 1-mile wooded walking/fitness trail
- two basketball courts
- a plaground equipped with cushioned matting for safety.

Park Rental Fees & Payment Schedule
- $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED WITHIN 2 WEEKS TO CONFIRM DATE
- The rental fee is to be PAID IN FULL no later than ONE WEEK prior to rental date.
Resident Rental Fees
No Alcohol: $75
Alcohol (Alcohol Permit Required): $100
NON-Resident Rental Fees
No Alcohol: $100
Alcohol (Alcohol Permit Required): $125
Rules for Park Use & Rental
- Pavilion: Tables and chairs are permitted, but they are not provided by the Township. Picnic tables located in the park are not permitted inside the gazebo.
- PARK CLEAN–UP IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RENTER. This includes the grill when youreserve the pavilion. Please bring garbage bags and place garbage in the receptacles provided in the park or the dumpster located in either parking lot. If the pavilion is rented two days in a row over any given weekend, garbage cans in the park will not be emptied between the two rentals.
- Armstrong Park closesat dark.
- NO alcoholic beverages are permitted in Armstrong Park UNLESS ALCOHOL PERMIT IS ISSUED –NO GLASS CONTAINERS ARE TO BE USED.
- Dogs are not permitted in Armstrong Park.
- There is a grill located near the pavilion that renters are welcome to use. Please bring your own charcoal.
- NO STAPLES, NAILS, GLITTER OR CONFETTI OF ANY KIND PERMITTED!
- YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE BUT ARE NOT ENTITLED TO EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE BALLFIELD, PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AND BASKETBALL COURT WHEN YOU RESERVE THE PARK.
