Right-to-Know Law Policy

Act 3 of 2008, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know Law (RTKL), took effect on January 1, 2009. In compliance with this law, the Township of Baldwin has enacted the following Policy and Fee Schedule.

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Township's Open Records Officer may file an appeal with the Office of Open Records, within fifteen (15) business days of the mailing date of the Township's Notice of Denial.
